By accessing or using 9 Log, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use 9 Log to store, share, or distribute content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes the rights of others. You are solely responsible for the content you create and store in your own Google Drive.

Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all content you create with 9 Log. 9 Log claims no license to, and no ownership interest in, your notes, canvases, or any other content you produce. The application itself, including its code and design, remains the property of its respective owners.

Service Availability

9 Log is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 9 Log and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the application, including any loss of data.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of 9 Log after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
