Data We Collect

When you sign in with your Google account, we receive your account email address, display name, and profile avatar through Google's OAuth sign-in. We do not collect a password and never see your Google credentials.

The notes and canvas drawings you create are stored in your own Google Drive, not on our servers. 9 Log reads and writes only the files it creates there.

We store small UI preferences locally in your browser's localStorage — such as your theme and document font choices — so the app remembers how you like it to look. This data never leaves your device.

How We Use Your Data

Your Google account information is used solely to identify you and to sync your documents between your own devices through Google Drive. We do not use your data for any other purpose.

Third-Party Sharing and Selling

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or your document content with any third party. Your content remains in your Google Drive and is never transmitted to any service other than Google's own APIs.

Your Control

You can delete any document at any time, which removes it from your Google Drive. You can sign out of 9 Log at any time.

You can revoke 9 Log's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account's third-party access settings. Once revoked, 9 Log can no longer read or write your Drive files.

Data Retention

Your documents are retained in your Google Drive until you delete them. Local UI preferences remain in your browser until you clear your browser storage. We do not maintain a separate copy of your content on our own servers.
